This is the sorting standard the Morei Hora'ah work to, exactly as the program writes it. Nothing summarized.

  • A clean yellow esrog with its pitom, standing on cream linen

    Esrog

    Clean of black dots (even those not easily visible, which are technically permitted according to all Poskim). The upper third is clean of bletlech (scabs) unless they are very small; the lower section may occasionally have bletlech, but not overly large ones. Emphasis is placed on a beautiful shape (gidul na'eh).

What is in the box?

A complete set: esrog, lulav, hadassim and aravos. The esrog in its own box, the hadassim and aravos together in a sealed bag, the lulav sealed.

Who checked it?

Morei Hora'ah in Eretz Yisrael who are experts in hilchos Daled Minim. Every item is inspected and approved before it is sealed. A Moreh Hora'ah is also present at pickup.

What if I am not satisfied at pickup?

A Moreh Hora'ah will be present at distribution. If he determines an item is not worth what you paid, it will be exchanged on the spot.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes, from your order page, any time before the deadline (Motzaei Shabbos, September 5, 8:30 PM EDT). The difference is refunded or charged automatically.
