As the shipment is unpacked, every order is set aside under the name on it, in time for Yom Tov. You get a notice the moment yours is ready, carrying the collection address and the window; bring your order number, and anyone can collect on your behalf with it.
Everything arrives closed up: the esrog in its box, the hadassim and aravos in a sealed bag, the lulav sealed. You open it in your own sukkah. If something is not right with what arrives, tell us as soon as it does.
