What this actually is
One shipment, brought in together.
Your order and payment make you a full partner in the Arba Minim being acquired for this community. Every set is selected and inspected by Morei Hora'ah who are experts in hilchos Daled Minim, and arrives sealed — kasher v'yashar, one hundred percent.
Orders are counted, one shipment is packed against those totals in Eretz Yisrael, and every set goes out to the address on its order. It is how Arba Minim have been bought in Meah Shearim for years.

Ordering takes about three minutes. Everything on the order travels together - your own set and a Chinuch set for each boy - and waits for you under one name, on one trip.
You get a code the moment you pay. It opens your order on any phone, and it is the reference to quote if anything needs a word.
Why the deadline does not move
Nothing is bought before orders close. When they do, the totals are pulled - how many lulavim, how many hadassim, how many esrogim at each level - and that is what gets packed and flown, along with reserve stock for replacements.
Everything ordered by the deadline is on that flight. Anything after it waits for next year.
The guarantee

Every item is inspected and approved by Morei Hora'ah in Eretz Yisrael before the box is sealed, and reserve stock travels with the shipment. If something is not right with what arrives, tell us as soon as it does.

Why can't I pick my own lulav?
Because a Rav already did. Every item is inspected and approved in Eretz Yisrael by Morei Hora'ah who are experts in hilchos Daled Minim, then sealed. You take it home and open it in your sukkah.
What if something is not right with the set?
Tell us as soon as it arrives. Every item was inspected and approved by Morei Hora'ah before the box was sealed, and reserve stock travels with the shipment.
What exactly is in a set?
All four: esrog, lulav, hadassim and aravos. The esrog in a box, the hadassim and aravos in a sealed bag, the lulav sealed. What changes between levels is how strictly each item was sorted.

Full payment before the deadline is what makes the numbers exact: the shipment is packed against real totals, not a guess. It also makes every buyer a partner in the minim brought in for the season.
What if I cannot make the collection window?
Get in touch before it passes rather than after. Anyone can collect on your behalf with your order number, which solves most of it; where it does not, tell us early and we will sort something out. The season is short.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before ordering closes. Reply to your confirmation email and we will change the sets or refund you in full. After that the shipment is packed against the totals.
